Upkee is a home task management app designed to make it easier for households to organize spaces, recurring cleaning tasks and shared responsibilities in one place. I worked across the product experience, architecture and backend integration, building features such as multi-role access, task scheduling, overdue logic, memberships and real-time updates.

One of the key capabilities is AI-assisted workspace creation. Users can capture photos or videos of their home and use AI to help generate relevant spaces and cleaning tasks, reducing the amount of manual setup required.

The product was built with SwiftUI and SwiftData, with Firebase powering authentication, Firestore, storage, cloud functions and notifications. I also worked on subscriptions, access controls, invite flows and the production release process.
